Furmtech Demo Software – Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, or using the Furmtech demo software (“Demo Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download or use the Demo Software.

2. Purpose of the Demo Software
The Demo Software is provided by Furmtech for evaluation, demonstration, and educational purposes only.
The Demo Software represents a limited version of the Furmtech platform and is intended to showcase core functionality and concepts.

3. Permitted Use
The Demo Software may be used within your organisation for internal evaluation and educational review.
You may:
	• Use the Demo Software for personal evaluation 
	• Use the Demo Software for educational review within your organisation 
	• Explore functionality for the purpose of assessing suitability for teaching or learning

4. Restrictions on Use
You must not:
	• Use the Demo Software for commercial, operational, or production purposes 
	• Copy, distribute, share, sublicense, or make the Demo Software available to third parties 
	• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, logic, or design 
	• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Demo Software 
	• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Demo Software, including but not limited to software, design, functionality, and underlying concepts, remain the exclusive property of Furmtech.
Access to the Demo Software does not grant any ownership rights.
No licence or rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

6. Access and Distribution Control
Access to the Demo Software is provided for a limited evaluation period and may be subject to built-in time or functionality restrictions.
Furmtech does not guarantee ongoing access to the Demo Software and may modify or discontinue access to future versions at any time.

7. No Warranty
The Demo Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Furmtech does not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furmtech is not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from the use or inability to use the Demo Software.

9. Data and Privacy
Any personal information provided in connection with access to the Demo Software will be handled in accordance with the Furmtech Privacy Policy.

10. Updates to Terms
Furmtech may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Demo Software constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
